Create DataBase in Specific Leaf Nodes with total two partitions

Hi,

I am having 1 SS Cluser installed in linux with version:7.5. containing 4 leaf nodes and 1 master node.
Yesterday suddenly two of leaf node ssh passwordless authentication failed and leaf partion went offline for particular leaf node.

I am trying to create New DB, but while creating new DB, SS trying to create DB in Node which is haing ssh authenticatoin issue. Even though other Leaf nodes are running, its not creating DB in Running Leaf Node:
