I can't open then portal page

I want achieve a license key, but i can not open the portal page, it is always in loading …
but I can open other pages, include doc and downlaod rpm packages

I want install then cluster at a intranet environment, from the doc there is a sh command
memsql-admin bootstrap-aggregator --memsql-id <MemSQL_ID> --license [YOUR LICENSE KEY]
how can i get the LICENSE KEY ?

now i have opened then page, and have got then LICENSE KEY， maybe in my country the Internet speed is too slow. thanks very much.
