Is Rowstore or Columnstore recommended for a table of 8TB size?

We have a table in Teradata with 1800 columns and 8TB size. We would like to test the performance in Mem SQL. Can Mem SQL handle this size?

Yes. Since your data is in Teradata, we recommend you use Columnstores.
