Hi is it possible to limit resource usage of set of queries in Managed Service ?
I have a query which when run utilizes 100% of CPU load. Is there any configuration to be done so that query does not utilize complete CPU ?

Yes it is. In the managed service you can request support to create the resource pool for you as you do not have permission by default.
Anyway, you can check the docs below to get more information on how you want to limit you queries:
is it possible to limit usage by billing amount? for example if I want to limit on accounts payment per month to $100, can i set that limit so that the compute and storage services stop when the account reaches that amount of monthly spend?

In the cloud version, you might be able to do something like this with workspaces. Department A has an S-0, Department B has an S-4, … Maybe not as granular as you’d like and wouldn’t work if both departments needed RW to the same database.
