MariaDB JDBC driver 3.0.3 fails to return table metadata from SingleStore

MariaDB J/Connect 3.0.3 fails to return table metadata from SingleStore (i.e. v7.6.11).
Not an issue with 2.7.4 or 3.0.4 drivers.
Is the SingleStore team aware of the issue with 3.0.3?

Is the reference to MariaDB JDBC 2.4.0 (Jan 2019) correct or are the docs out of date?

Welcome to SingleStore forums! We have since launched a native SingleStore JDBC driver, which is the recommended driver to use. Can you please give that a try?
