Just like Microsoft migration assist is there any plan for a migration tool that would migrate all objects including stored procedures and data from other databases like SAP Sybase ASE, ORACLE, MS SQL etc?

Are you using the free tier of MemSQL, or are you an enterprise customer? If you are an enterprise customer, feel free to reach out to your SE to have you setup with MemSQL Replicate. Note: MemSQL Replicate only supports moving of data from popular databases, and not stored procedures.
