Replication and table size

Dears,

I’m new to SingleStore and I’m trying to copy data from cluster to another using replication which does not have the same layout and version.

Source:

  • 1 MA + 2 Leaf runing SingleStore 7.6.7
  • Source database size: 222Gb

Target:

  • 1 MA + 4 Leaf runing SingleStore 7.6.8
  • Replicated database size: 444Gb

Does the database size difference coming from the number of leafs defines in the cluster?
I pretty sure to forgot some reading but which one :grinning:

What tool or command are you using to get the database sizes?

The actual data size of stored data for the replicated database is, by design, the same on the source and the target.
