So Singlestore managed offers plans like 2 vCPUs 16GB Memory, 4 vCPUs and 32GB Memory and so on.
The database requires/recommends having 2 leaf nodes and a master aggregator.
When you get Singlestore managed, if you were to get the 2 vCPUs and 16GB Memory plan, does Singlestore reserve 1 virtual instance that has 2 vCPUs and 16GB memory, or does it reserve two instances with 1 vCPU and 8GB memory? Also, where does the aggregator go?
Is the master aggregator just an alias of one of the nodes, or are all three separate applications?
The primary source for my confusion is the fact that all 3 nodes have a max of 8GB of ram. From what I can tell, one of the nodes is essentially an alias of a master aggregator or vice versa. The ram usage for one of the leaf nodes is always double the ram usage of an aggregator.
Anyways, thank you in advance!
