Hi!
This seems to be a bit of a weird issue
Version: SingleStore 8.0.4 Self Managed
It seems for some reason when running sdb-admin list-backups with --no-cache then it returns no backups, and empties the local cache
If I let our automated backup cron run and do a few backups then it will only list those when doing --all, it will be unable to list any from before --no-cache was added.
If I proceed to do --no-cache again then I lose track of all backups and have to wait for new ones to be created
Data is stored on Wasabi, a fully S3-compatible service
Thank you for reaching out. Let us replicate this issue and get back with an answer.

Hello @nexuscare-lukehebb,
Could you please provide more information on your workflow and environment:
- What Toolbox version do you use?
- How do you create a backup?
- What is the output of each Toolbox command you run?
Normally, --no-cache
should update the local cache with backups found in the bucket. It could be either a configuration issue or a permission issue.

Hi @vtkachuk-s2
After just going to run the commands again to get the outputs for you, and the server being completely untouched for two days when I created the thread it seems everything is now working as expected
Thank you for getting back to me though! Iām happy the thread to be closed
