Singlestore Cloud Free-Tier - Workspace won't connect to DBs

Hello All - I get an error when I try to connect the SQL editor to one of the databases. This issue was intermittent in the past and would go away by itself, but I seem unable to recover this time.

Note, The Workspace is active and is connected to all the databases in the deployments tab. I could view the tables by clicking on the individual databases as well

We could not connect to myworkspace1 . Please review your firewall configuration

The problem went away, but it showed reconnecting for a while and indicated issues with firewall settings.
